I was very fortunate while pursuing my master?s degree to have Menahem Pressler as my main professor and mentor a giant in the world of music who has led the incomparable Beaux Arts Trio for the last 30 years. He taught me not only fine musicianship and respect for the instrument but instilled in me a genuine love for teaching.
I have taught at the university level and have enjoyed my own studio for the last 20 years. My students range from pre-schoolers to recent retirees who have decided to finally pursue their musical passion for piano. Like Dr. Pressler I provide a supportive and friendly environment for my students and tailor instruction to meet their unique and individual talents while gradually building their musical skills.
My comfortable bright and airy studio is located in my home with a grand piano and an impressive 180 degree view of some of Southern California?s most beautiful foothills and mountains.
I offer both daytime and evening sessions free parking and easily affordable introductory rates. For families with multiple students (whether adults and children or both?and I have several of them) I offer a 15 percent discount for each family member beyond the first student.
